Reiki has been one of the most wonderful and beautiful experiences that I have incorporated into my daily life which is vital for self care and healing. My training as Reiki Master offers me the opportunity to work with others in guiding them through a deeper understanding of natural healing, clearing both physical and emotional pain.

Energy healing is for everyone. It is essential in balancing the mind, body and spirit and removing blocks from our energy centers for continued growth in all aspects of one's life. I continue to expand my own depth and knowledge of Reiki as I study Karuna Reiki®, an advanced form of energy work. 

Reiki empowers you to release the hold of the past and uncertainties of the future and to heal all things through the Life-Force Energies.
